Manufacturing Secrets

The Mini Dreamy is entirely handmade, from the precise cutting to the refined finishes, in our workshop in Marseille. Each piece is unique, bearing the imprint of the passion that characterizes French craftsmanship.

The saddle stitching, done by hand with French linen thread, requires meticulous work, where each stitch is accomplished with precision to guarantee the solidity and longevity of the Mini Dreamy. This artisanal technique, inherited from the French saddle tradition, gives the bag a timeless elegance and a perfect finish. Its handle, also hand-sewn with its emblematic herringbone stitch, is the very expression of the house's identity. It symbolizes our commitment to excellence and refinement.

The edges of the bag are hot-threaded, a demanding technique that elegantly enhances the edges. The edge stain, meticulously applied by hand, gives the Mini Dreamy an unrivalled high-end finish. Leathers & Care

In an approach to enhance the value of what already exists, the choice of our raw materials demonstrates our commitment to sustainability and responsible fashion. At Lamaro, we only use high-quality full-grain leather, sourced from the dormant stocks of luxury leather goods manufacturers.

For this Mini Dreamy bag model, we have carefully selected a smooth red full-grain calf leather, exquisitely fine, from the prestigious tannery of Le Puy in France. For its lining, we chose a shiny white calf leather grain caviar, from the famous Haas tanneries, also in France. Each leather tells a unique story, bearing the imprint of its origin and nobility.

Leather, with time and regular maintenance, develops a characteristic patina that makes it even more authentic and personal. To ensure that your leather goods last you for many years, it is essential to take care of them by avoiding exposing them to moisture, light and heat for long periods of time.
